• A thorough wellness history questionnaire you use to share your current and past health concerns. I will thoroughly review your wellness history before our phone consultation and may ask for clarification via email prior to our consultation so that we can make the best use of our time on the phone.
• A one-hour, uninterrupted telephone consultation with me. During the consultation, I will listen to all your health concerns, ask many questions, and will work with you to create a wellness plan that fits your lifestyle and desires.
• A recommendation of lifestyle changes and supplements you may find useful in meeting your goals.
• A lesson on how to muscle test yourself to determine if you need a specfic supplement or not.
• An email summary of our consultation, your personal wellness plan, and the recommendations shared.
• Email support (no more than three emails per week, please) for two weeks following our consultation.
  
• A follow-up email questionnaire two weeks following our consultation which will allow you to share your progress and ask any final questions.
• A chance to earn free consultations through referrals.
